Safety Waiver
I wish to take part in all activities at BounceStation Ltd / Bouncestation Scotland Ltd Inflatable Park including but not limited to use of the equipment. I understand that the activities themselves are not completely free from risk and whilst BounceStation Ltd staff will take all appropriate precautions to prevent accidents this can never be guaranteed. I agree that I will carry out the activity in accordance with the specific safety instructions that I have received before undertaking the activity. I agree to wear safety equipment provided by BounceStation Ltd Inflatable Park and to follow the directives of BounceStation Ltd, its management and staff at all times. I agree that I will abide by the health and safety rules set in place by BounceStation Ltd at all times and know that by breaking these rules, I am at risk of not only injury but also being asked to leave the park itself. I confirm that I am in good physical health with no medical conditions that could be aggravated in the activities I am about to undertake. I accept the risk of personal injury and/or property damage I am exposed to whilst participating in the Activity. I hereby indemnify BounceStation Ltd against all claims made by any other person against BounceStation Ltd in respect of any injury, loss or damage arising out of or in connection with my failure to comply with the safety instructions and /or directions of BounceStation Ltd, its management or staff. Photos and videos may be taken during your visit which may be used for promotional purposes (printed material, social media or for our website); it is your responsibly to inform our staff or the photographer/ videographer that you do not want your photo or video taken (excludes CCTV).
Safety Rules
- We recommend jumpers with heart, back or neck conditions or with weak limbs caused by current or previous fractures should seek medical advice before participating
- Pregnant women or people with health concerns are advised not to jump
- Every person jumping must have read and understood the above safety waiver before using the park.
- The maximum weight limit is 18 stone/114kg
- Always land on two feet and never land on your head.
- If you are falling out of control try to bring you’re arms, legs and head into a ball position.
- NO touching, climbing, leaning or hanging on any of the netting or Inflatable walls including the basketball hoops, running, racing, rough play, tackling, wrestling, shoving or playing tag
- Look out for other jumpers and give way to the smaller ones
- Inflatable play has its own dangers like any active sport, play at your own risk
- Jump within your own ability
- NO belt buckles or studs on clothing. Please remove all loose change, keys, keychains, sharp or pointed objects from pockets before your session
- Under no circumstances are people under the influence of alcohol or drugs allowed use of the park
- Jumpers under the age of 12 must be supervised at all times by a parent or responsible adult guardian
- All jumpers must attend a safety briefing prior to accessing the equipment
- No running up the slide at any time
General Park Rules
- NO shoes on the Inflatable zone. BounceStation grip socks must be worn at all times
- NO food or drink (including gum) is permitted on the Inflatables.
- NO outside drinks or food permitted.
- Jumpers must wear a valid coloured BounceStation wristband at all times during the session.
- BounceStation Ltd / Bouncestation Scotland Ltd is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- All visitors must read and understand the safety rules, if in doubt please consult one of our team.
- We will not accept offensive language or abusive behaviour anywhere on the premises.
- Offenders will be asked to leave and management have the right to ban customers from returning
- Our Squad’s word is final on any inappropriate behaviour or bouncing
